Music Program Brief
Our music program is designed to build confidence, creativity and communication through structured, engaging music learning. Participants explore rhythm, melody and harmony using voice, instruments and digital tools. Sessions blend practical music-making with listening and discussion, supporting different learning styles and abilities. Learners develop skills in performance, basic music theory, improvisation and collaboration, while also strengthening focus, memory and emotional expression. The program can be tailored for children, young people and adults, including neurodiverse and NDIS participants, with clear goals and documented progress. Over 18 years I've worked as a consultant across project management, business case development, technology infrastructure, networking, cyber safety, and governance. I've delivered programs with professional services CAPEX exceeding $5 million, working alongside multiple Big 4 firms and IT Big 5 companies along the way.
My industry experience spans global enterprises in technology, food and beverage, and health, as well as utilities and government. Notable engagements include Jemena, CitiPower/Powercor, Siemens, Saputo, Orora, and Reason Group — covering everything from large-scale ERP transformation to business analysis, instructional design, and learning strategy.
Alongside this corporate track record, I've also built and governed my own company from the ground up — navigating charitable registration, regulatory compliance, and board-level governance firsthand. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and I'm a current member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, along with the Project Management Institute.
This mix of corporate depth and hands-on entrepreneurial experience is what I bring to the table: helping individuals and early-stage founders navigate legislation and governance, build real financial literacy, and develop strategies that actually hold up in practice.
